Overview

EPOLOCK™ 7100 is an exceptionally powerful epoxy resin designed for the toughest and strongest connections. This adhesive provides ultimate bond strength, withstanding even the harshest impacts. It is resistant to moisture, acidic and chemical materials like gasoline and oil.

This unique product can be used for bonding various materials, including metals, glass, ceramics, wood, stone, cement, duroplast, polymeric fiber, and hard plastics. It can handle loads up to 300 kg/cm² and temperatures up to 200°C.

Usage Instructions

The strength and durability of the adhesive depend on proper surface preparation.

Clean the surfaces to be bonded, removing dust and grease.

For metal surfaces, remove any oxide layer until the clean metal is visible. For other materials, remove the old surface through sanding or grinding to create a rough, fresh surface. Painted surfaces must be completely free of paint.

Mix part A and part B according to the weight ratio in the table below:

Apply a sufficient amount of the mixture to both surfaces.

Hold the surfaces still until the adhesive cures.

The time required to achieve final strength depends on the temperature:
