How to Use
Surface Preparation
- Concrete: Remove dust, oil, weak layers, and contaminants via sandblasting/grinding. Acid-wash if needed (dry for 24 hrs).
- Metal: Eliminate rust/paint using wire brushes or grinding.
Mixing & Application
- Mix Part A (Resin) and Part B (Hardener) at 3:1 weight ratio until uniform.
- Inject into cracks using specialized equipment or capillary methods.
- For deep cracks, use EPOLOCK 1100 (anti-bleed sealant) with injection nipples spaced 20–40 cm apart.
Curing
- Allow full curing based on ambient temperature (see table above).
- Smooth the surface post-curing for a finished look.
