EPOLock™ 1100F is a high-performance, two-component, non-sag, and anti-slip epoxy adhesive designed for civil engineering applications. Usage Instructions

The strength and durability of the adhesive depend on proper surface preparation. Before mixing the components, ensure the surfaces are clean, free of dust, and grease-free. Mix the two components thoroughly in the specified ratio and apply an adequate amount to both surfaces. Hold the surfaces firmly in place until the adhesive cures.

Packaging

EPOLock™ 1100F is available in 10 kg and 100 kg packaging. Other packaging options are available upon request.

Storage Conditions

The adhesive should be stored in tightly sealed containers at a maximum temperature of 25°C. The shelf life is 2 years, and the expiration date is printed on the containers.

  • In case of skin contact, wash immediately with plenty of water.
  • Always wear plastic gloves and safety goggles when working with the adhesive.
